Problem

A founder needed a complete ride-hailing product — rider app, website, and an operations panel — without the cost or delay of hiring a full team.

Solution

I built all three surfaces solo from one unified Flutter codebase, with live trip tracking and driver dispatch over a real-time connection.

Outcome

A single, store-ready platform with a live admin dashboard — shipped end to end by one developer and scaling across mobile, web, and desktop.
